I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with carpeted floors, a new slim TV, a bathtub, and extra toiletries. The proximity to various dining and recreational options nearby was a plus. However, the check-in process was a bit time-consuming.
The hotel is smack in the middle of Kampar town with a good choice of food places and convenient stores. The rooms offer good amenities, but the check-in time can be a bit late. However, the pricing can be a little higher due to additional costs for a child.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and suitable for a group of friends, although there was a cigarette smell lingering. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, close to food stalls and places of interest, although the outdoor area was not user-friendly for elderly guests. The dining experience was decent, with a good choice of hot and cold dishes. The facilities were satisfactory, providing the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Kampar newtown, making it strategic with many shops nearby. The rooms are spacious and ideal for a big family, but could benefit from a TV upgrade as the current one is too small and outdated. Although non-smoking, cleanliness could be improved especially with some hair still present.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were big and clean, but there were still hairs around which was a bit off-putting. However, the room came with great amenities like toiletries, an electric kettle, coffee, tea, a hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. The large bathroom and windows with blackout curtains were a nice touch, especially as a family staying in the suite.
